DROP BUDDIES
If you work with a drop buddy, please have the drop buddy email me an address change including email THE SAME DAY regardless if it is a in-hand or pre-sale pin. If I print the label before the address change is submitted, I can no longer change the address. I am not responsible for a drop buddy who doesn't pull through. Please be cafeful.
REGULAR ADDRESS CHANGES
I will post in my IG when pins are in-hand. Address changes will be required a few days after. I will post the deadline with each pin. If I print the label and you MUST change the address, you will be invoiced for additional shipping.
OPEN EDITION (OE)
Open Edition pins will only restock with enough interest. So an OE 50 pin means currently there are 50 and will only restock with interest.
GRADING
Grading will apply only to in-hand pins. Pre-sales will by default get the bets of the batch.
Collectors Grade - A/A- grade, no visable flaws that I personally saw. I'm not perfect so I do not gaurentee a "flawless" pin. Priority will go to pre-sales.
Standard Grade - A-/B grade, 1 minor flaw. May include subtle lines in parts of the enamel, small metal scratches, or very tiny enamel scratches.
Sub-Standard - B/C grade. More than one minor flaw or major flaw.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through Pirate Ship and include tracking. All USA orders will be sent through USPS with $100 of insurance. Please allow 3 buisness days after the tracking has said "delivered" before reaching out to me with a shipping inquiry. International orders do not come with insurace. Please add insurance to you checkout so I may purchase the correct shipping if you require more than what is offered.
COMBINING SHIPPING
I will not combine shipping unless you agree to not being refunded. Refunds incur a cost on my end and too many people combining shipping can get confusing. I am open to offering a shop coupon code in exchange for combining without refund. In extreme circumstances I will consider a request to combine shipping with refund.
You CAN combine in-hand and pre-order pins in the same order, if you the entire order will ship together when the pre-order is ready. If you cannot wait, please create seprate orders.
REFUNDS
I will only do refunds under the following circumstances:
-If you recieve your pin over 6 weeks late at my own fault (ie not a result of the post office or my manufactuer, such as me dropping it off late), I will refund the shipping cost. This should not happen as most delays are a result of the post office.
-Your pin comes severely damaged AND included insurance of the correct amount will not cover it. (ie, you purchased a $15 pin and the included domestic $100 insurace will not cover the cost) I'll happily help you via email to work with insurance and if all else refund the full purchase.
-Your pin is deemed lost by the post office AND included insurance of the correct amount will not cover it. (ie, you purchased a $15 pin and the included domestic $100 insurace will not cover the cost) I'll happily help you via email to work with insurance and if all else refund the full purchase.
-You recieve an order that is not yours, I will cover the required shipping costs and refund your initial shipping to resolve the issue.
-(Paypal only) You submit a paypal claim within 6 months of the purchase date and I lose the case, but please reach out before it comes to this!
